When we talk about gender, so many facts are impacted by this topic, and one of them is jobs. I have seen this type of difference in my career a lot. I'm in the program Human Services, and in the future, I will like to work as a social worker in my human services classes. When they ask what field they want to perform in, many women choose this path because it is seen as a "women's job." Because this type of job seems to have to be for someone who can be caring and someone who will have all organized to find people's problem solutions, especially when we talk about social workers with kids is like just women con do it because "we are born with a mother instinct."
